“Let me see you, so that I can tell your story.” These words fly with an arcing toss into the ether as I traverse the natural world with thoughts turned to encountering the Supernatural. A Herring on my hook, my singing mind sends the melody down the line, capturing the attention of Salmon, to ask that they might give their life for mine, so I have what I need for today and to put by. Grateful for their gift, my mind turns to Raven carrying the remains of the lake and a few salmon hidden in his feathers stolen from Beaver, dropping them over Xaada Gwaay and inadvertently creating all the lakes and rivers." - April White
